Job Responsibilities

Are you an experienced Accounting Assistant who enjoys independent tasks and has experience with both accounts receivable and accounts payable? Do you want to work for the parent company of an international corporation where you can utilize your service skills and sense of structure? Then this consulting assignment might be just right for you!

As an Accounting Assistant, you will work broadly within accounts payable and receivable, where you will independently manage the entire process from invoice handling to payments and bookkeeping. You will also administer the vendor register and maintain ongoing contact with suppliers and internal departments. The role involves some manual work, which requires accuracy and structure.

Qualifications

• You have a degree in finance or equivalent work experience.
• You have a couple of years of experience working with accounts payable in an international environment.
• You have good knowledge of VAT, both Swedish and foreign.
• You have good knowledge of Medius and SAP.
• You are an experienced user of Excel.
• You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• You are proficient in English and are not afraid to communicate in English, both spoken and written.

Start Date and Application

Full-time: 38.75 hours a week distributed over 7.75 hours a day, office hours. Our client wishes to start immediately, and the assignment is expected to last for 6 months with the possibility of extension. You will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant for our exciting client in Stockholm. We review applications continuously, and in the consulting world, processes often move quickly.
