Description

Runemo and Viksjöfors schools are two village schools that belong to the Alfta principal area.

Both schools are smaller village schools with 50-80 students where we focus heavily on safety, structure, and collaboration. These positions involve being a resource for individual students but can also mean being a resource for a group by assisting the class teacher.

Responsibilities

In the role of a resource, you will be the helping hand for teachers while also needing to support individual students during their school day. Your assignment involves being in the student group throughout the entire workday, and you will receive your tasks from the class teacher. Your work will take place inside the classroom, at the after-school care, and outside during the students' breaks during the school day.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with good experience working with children in a school environment. You are proactive, attentive, and communicate clearly through your body language. Your ability to build and maintain good relationships with both colleagues and students is of utmost importance to us. We particularly value your ability to collaborate and your commitment to your role.

We place great emphasis on previous assignments and good references.

Conditions

Temporary position for the school year 25/26 from 4/8-25 to 30/6-26

Monthly salary

The temporary positions are 75-100% depending on the assignment

Interviews will be conducted continuously
