In collaboration with our partner Connecto, which has been working with individual and organizational development since its inception in 2015, with several agreements in the area of skills supply, we are now looking for a Study and Career Counselor for an exciting assignment in Gävle.

For an upcoming assignment, we are now looking for someone who is passionate about supporting and guiding people in their development. As a Study and Career Counselor, you will have the opportunity to be an important part of a participant's career development and success story in the labor market.

Your role:

• Individual conversations: You will have close contact with participants, map their needs and competencies, and coach them towards their goals.
• Career planning: Together with the participants, you will create clear and realistic career plans.
• Matching: You will actively work to match participants with relevant education and the labor market.
• Organizing and conducting company and study visits: You will plan and lead study visits to companies and educational institutions to give participants insight into various professional roles and educational opportunities.

Who are you:

• Personality: You are a curious, empathetic, and driven person with a good ability to build relationships.
• Organizational skills: You are structured and can plan and execute activities effectively.
• If you have a coaching approach, it is highly valued.

Requirements:

• Education: You are a qualified Study and Career Counselor.
• Knowledge: You have very good knowledge of the Swedish labor market and various educational paths.
• Languages: Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, it is an advantage if you speak multiple languages.
• Data: Good knowledge of MS Office, and you are previously familiar with Workbuster and AF reporting systems.
