JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a committed teacher for Ockelbo Primary School who, together with their team, wants to create the best conditions and a safe school day for all students. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating your teaching in collaboration with your colleagues. As a teacher, you will also collaborate with the Student Health team.
Main job responsibilities include:
- Plan, implement, and evaluate teaching
- Mentorship
- Subject teaching in grades 1-3
- Create and develop a good learning environment based on the curriculum and governing documents
QUALIFICATIONS
We expect you to be a certified teacher with qualifications for teaching grades F-3; previous experience as a teacher is considered an advantage. You are well-versed in the school's governing documents and can apply your knowledge effectively in your daily work.
To succeed in this role, you have a professional approach and work towards building good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You are an engaged educator who takes responsibility for your students' results and places great importance on adapting your teaching to meet your students' diverse needs and circumstances.
A criminal record check is required upon employment.
The position is a fixed-term employment with temporary placement at Gäverängeskolan for the academic year 25/26. The employment may eventually transition into a permanent position within Ockelbo Municipality's primary school.
