Licensed Teacher for Craft and Production

Hälsinglands Utbildningsförbund is a municipal federation formed by the municipalities of Bollnäs and Söderhamn with the mission to meet students' demand for education with breadth and quality.

The federation's work is characterized by being a driver for growth, a broker of education, and a meeting place for development. We run upper secondary and adult education for the municipalities' residents, as well as providing opportunities for higher vocational education and distance studies at colleges and universities. We also offer commissioned training to companies and organizations, as well as opportunities for research and development.

At Höghammargymnasiet in Bollnäs, we offer four national programs and one individual program. We conduct operations integrated in the same building as the youth upper secondary school and adult education, but some programs are conducted in separate premises in Bollnäs. It is important for us in recruitment that there is a genuine interest in working with students in our target group.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a licensed teacher for the Craft and Production program in the national programs at the adapted upper secondary school within the industry, focusing on CNC machining.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a license as a vocational teacher with a focus on CNC machining. Experience in teaching within the adapted upper secondary school is an advantage. You should be well acquainted with the curriculum and subject area plans, and you should have a good ability to create safe and positive relationships with the students. It is important for you to create a good learning environment where you start from the student's specific conditions and needs, and you can seek individual solutions that focus on the student's entire learning situation. You are a secure person, can work independently and together with others. You take responsibility for your entire teaching assignment. You have the commitment and willingness to actively contribute to the organization's collegial processes.
