We are currently looking for a certified teacher for grade 1 who wants to contribute to creating an inspiring and developmental learning environment.

Responsibilities

As a teacher in grade 1, you will:

• Be responsible for teaching in grade 1 and create a safe and stimulating learning environment.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate teaching according to applicable governing documents and curriculum.
• Collaborate with other staff at the school to develop and improve the school's operations.
• Work to create a good working environment and a positive atmosphere for both students and staff.

You will also actively contribute to the school's development through your engagement in pedagogical work and collaboration with your colleagues.

Qualifications

We are looking for a certified teacher with qualifications to teach in grade 1. You preferably have a broad qualification and a strong commitment to support students' development in their early school years.

You have the ability to:

• Engage and support students on their individual learning journeys.
• Work according to the curriculum's goals and ensure that teaching is well-planned, implemented, and documented.
• Collaborate effectively with students, guardians, and colleagues, and be a good role model for both students and staff.

It is an advantage if you have experience working with documentation in Unikum, as well as experience with the school's governing documents and can apply these to follow up and develop the pedagogical operations.
