At Värnaskolan, there are about 170 students from preschool to grade 3. The school also offers after-school care before and after school hours.

On the school grounds, there is Värnahallen, where indoor sports take place. The school also has a stimulating outdoor environment with large play areas. Adjacent to the school is Skolskogen with outdoor classrooms, barbecue areas, huts, and beautiful nature.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a teacher for grades F-3, you will work together with other colleagues to conduct teaching and educational activities that motivate, engage, increase participation, and goal achievement for all students. Your tasks will include planning, documenting, following up, and evaluating individually as well as together with your closest colleagues and work team. You will be part of the F-3 work team.

For support in your work, there is a well-developed and systematic student health work locally at the school. Student health work is central to the operation, and we have access to the professionals in student health.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a teaching degree for F-3. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not a requirement.

• Pedagogical: Good understanding of how humans, especially children, absorb knowledge. You adapt the way you convey messages according to the target group. You have clear communication.
• Collaborative: You work well with others and contribute to a positive work environment. You listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts constructively.
