THE SOCIAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION

The Social Services Administration is responsible for services to the elderly, sick, and disabled. A large part of the care services in the municipality is performed by private companies according to LOU or LOV, and regulated by agreements. The services operated by the municipality are gathered in one department.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

One of our LSS case officers will have the opportunity to work preventively to counteract welfare crimes. Based on this, we are now looking for a replacement during the ongoing project.

We are looking for an LSS case officer who wants to help develop our unit.

We seek an engaged and flexible employee. With us, you will have the chance to work closely with people with disabilities and be an important part of creating a safe and meaningful everyday life for our users. We work according to a date distribution, and in your position, you will meet both children and adults and investigate all interventions within LSS.

The position also includes processing applications for transport services. Within the framework of the employment, you will have the opportunity to work with quality and process improvements, as well as ensure that operations are conducted in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal guidelines.

• Has experience in processing interventions according to LSS
• Is proactive, solution-focused, and has the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Has good knowledge of applicable legislation and regulations in the relevant operational areas.
• Has good communication skills and is used to working both operationally and strategically.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Social Work, or other higher education that the employer assesses as equivalent.
• Has good knowledge of applicable legislation and experience in processing interventions according to LSS.
• Has an easy time understanding instructions and can independently document in a secure and understandable manner.
• Can express yourself well in the Swedish language both orally and in writing.
