Responsibilities for summer substitutes

• Assist our customers with care and support, according to their individual needs and wishes.
• Contribute to creating a safe and pleasant environment for customers in their homes.
• Document and report on care interventions and changes in customers' conditions.
• Communicate and collaborate with the team to ensure cohesive care.
