We, who are looking for another colleague, are nurses working in the idyllic Roslagen. Here, there are good communications to, among other places, Uppsala, but at the same time with nature and the sea around the corner. Home care consists of nurses in special housing, ordinary housing, short-term units, and LSS. Our operations are characterized by good cohesion within the staff group, high quality of care, and familial relationships between employees and users. We now want to complement our team with you as a nurse.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse with us, you are a key person in the team and in the development of the care we offer. You are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating care, health, and medical interventions for patients with varying health conditions. You will have a breadth in your job with everything from wound dressings, injections, sampling, palliative care, medication management, and more. You collaborate closely with patients and relatives, focusing on a health-promoting and consultative approach. Together with other nurses, you are responsible for guiding, delegating to, and supporting the care staff.

To care for others, we need to feel good ourselves. With us, you will have a dynamic job with great variety and breadth in your tasks. You will work independently but also be part of a good community with strong leadership and professional development.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. If you also have specialist training or experience in home care or dementia, we see it as a great advantage, but it is not a requirement. You can easily express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish, and you have good computer skills for documentation. A driver's license is a requirement. It is also an advantage if you have experience with the Viva journal system.

Your ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work responsibly to keep our various interventions well-coordinated will be very useful. Your ability to listen, communicate, and meet needs in a way that ensures your patients and their relatives feel secure is also important to us.
