JOB DESCRIPTION

Working in a special accommodation means providing good care and support in personal care. You assist during meal situations, with medication, and in carrying out other daily tasks. You also support our residents in social activities and in maintaining their interests and habits. We work from a person-centered perspective and place great emphasis on a tailored, good approach to each resident based on their needs. The job also includes documenting the interventions that take place according to the implementation plans we have created according to the Social Services Act.

QUALIFICATIONS

Are you a trained nursing assistant and ready for a new challenge? Then you are the one we are looking for for a temporary position. If you have experience working in care and support, we see it as a great advantage, but it is not a requirement. You can express yourself easily in speech and writing in Swedish, and you have good computer skills for documentation.

Do you have a genuine sense of service and care? This is important to us, as we all share a common responsibility to create a well-functioning everyday life for our residents. It is also important that you easily adapt to new and perhaps unexpected situations so that you contribute to calm and security. Information about the job title nursing assistant

As of July 1, 2023, the title nursing assistant became a protected title. This means that you will need a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare to use the title nursing assistant within care and support. You can apply for the certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare. If you do not have a certificate, you can continue to work in care and support, but with a different title than nursing assistant.

For those offered a position as a nursing assistant with us after July 1, it means that you either need to provide a certificate that you have been permanently employed with the title nursing assistant with another employer as of July 1, 2023, or that you have a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare.
