At Attendo, we are now looking for a licensed nurse to strengthen our staffing during the summer. We can offer a temporary position or hourly employment as agreed.

About the role As a nurse with us at our facilities, you will have a varied job where you work long-term with health plans to increase the quality of life for the residents, but you will also be the one making assessments and decisions regarding actions in acute situations. Your responsibilities also include providing good palliative care. The transition to Close Care means that more and more specialized healthcare interventions are taking place at the facility. This gives you a variety of stimulating and developing tasks. You will have a leadership role with great opportunities to influence the operations.

As a nurse within Attendo, you are significant and your competence is highly valued. The work is independent while you have access to many competent colleagues in our nursing networks. You are part of the team working to empower the individual.

Main responsibilities

• Medication management
• Working in national quality registers
• Supervision of nursing staff
• Nursing responsibility for patients

Who are you?

As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy supervising and delegating nursing tasks to healthcare staff and are motivated by creating high-quality care for those living with us together with your colleagues.

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse
• At least one year of professional experience, preferably in elderly care
• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form

It is an advantage if you also have

• Experience from working in private care services
• Experience in supervision
• Education in geriatrics or district nursing.
