Förenade Care Liljefors Torg 4 opened in the summer of 2012 and is a nursing home for 70 individuals with various care and support needs - nursing, dementia & social psychiatry. We want those living at Förenade Care Liljefors Torg 4 to receive care and support of the absolute highest quality. We are now looking for a nurse to join our wonderful team at Liljefors Torg 4. This nurse is intended to become the patient responsible for one of our dementia units. Working with us is both varied and stimulating. As a nurse with us, you are an important part of both the management team and the department team. In the management team, you help influence and develop the operations. You see it as a natural part of your work approach to collaborate with nursing staff in a guiding capacity and mentor students. We prefer that you are confident in documentation, enjoy working in a team, but are also independent and secure in your role as a nurse.

We who work at Liljefors Torg 4 are a close-knit team, and you will have a very close collaboration with other nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, group leaders, assistant managers, managers, and nursing staff. You see it as a natural part of your work approach to work in a team-based manner and follow guidelines from MAS, clients, and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES You will be responsible for standard nursing tasks, and your role includes participating in nursing work for quality assurance and guidance based on HSL. You will be the nursing responsible nurse for 18 residents.

You should have good knowledge of documentation according to HSL. Knowledge of SoL is an advantage.

Your role includes quality, work environment, and environmental management work, and you will be part of the management team for the operations.

REQUIREMENTS Nurse with Swedish license. You must be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and have good computer skills.

WORKING HOURS/DURATION Permanent employment. 75%. We apply a 6-month probationary period. Working hours during the day, Monday to Friday, and on public holidays that fall in the middle of the week.

SALARY According to agreement. Collective agreement exists.

START DATE According to agreement.
