It is a lifestyle residence focused on Sports & Spa, which means that the residence has a clear profile where health and well-being are in focus. In addition to pleasant apartments and nice common areas, there is a spa with bathtubs and a relaxation area, as well as a training room for those who enjoy staying active. We also have a sports bar with a TV where you can watch matches and have a drink.

Job Description

With us, you will thrive! We are now looking for a nurse for our operations as one of our colleagues is going on parental leave. As a nurse, you are part of the management team and work together with the operations manager and others in the team to develop and drive the operations forward. Our wonderful and cheerful team consists of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nurses, and nursing assistants.

• Temporary position 80-100%
• 1 year with great possibility of extension
• Daytime Monday-Friday
• Start in May or by agreement

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse, have professional experience, and an interest in elderly care. As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy mentoring and delegating care staff in health and medical tasks and are motivated by creating high-quality care for those living with us together with your colleagues.

In our residences, you will have a varied job where you work long-term with health plans to increase the quality of life for the residents, but you are also the one making assessments and decisions about actions in acute situations. Your responsibilities also include providing good palliative care. The transition to Close Care means that more and more specialized healthcare interventions are taking place in the residence. This gives you a variety of stimulating and developing tasks. The work is independent while you have access to many competent colleagues in our nursing networks.

About the recruitment process
