JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a licensed nurse who wants to work within municipal health and medical care. Right now, we are strengthening the planning team with 2 nurses who alternate between the planning team and home care. You will have a permanent position within the Health and Medical Care area.

We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to safe and effective discharge planning and quality care for our patients.

The tasks require both medical knowledge and the ability to communicate and collaborate with patients, relatives, colleagues, and partners.

We offer you a position where you and a colleague will alternate between working in the planning team and being a resource nurse. You will switch approximately every 6 weeks with handover time. During high workloads or absences, you will support the team together.

QUALIFICATIONS

For this position, we are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed nurse
• Has a valid B driver's license
• Has work experience from a similar role

You are self-driven, take responsibility for your tasks, work systematically, and drive your work independently.

Furthermore, you collaborate well with others and relate to them in a responsive and smooth manner. You listen, communicate, and resolve collaboration difficulties or conflicts constructively.
