As care staff, you are incredibly important! Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their lifestyle and habits. You see each person and interpret what they need. At the same time, you learn a lot about care, aging, and how to interact with people.

You also participate in care planning and write social documentation.

Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also advantageous. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you share our values and have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and opportunities to grow.
