The Education Administration is responsible for preschool, after-school care, primary school, high school, and adapted primary and secondary schools. We have over 3,200 employees across 45 preschools, 22 primary schools, and four high schools. The Position and Responsibilities

As a preschool teacher, you will be responsible for teaching in the adapted primary school by contributing to the realization of the curriculum's goals and intentions in education.

You are well acquainted with the curriculum and confident in your professional role. We want you to have an approach where learning and knowledge development are in focus. You are responsible for planning, implementing, and documenting the pedagogical work in preschool while understanding the importance of collegial learning. You will lead the goal-oriented processes and ensure that children receive the education they are entitled to. Here, you create the pedagogical learning environments together with your colleagues.

You should have the child's best interests in focus and a strong belief that all children can succeed. Children should feel trust in their own abilities, that they can, dare, and want to. This requires your ability to be creative and to adapt teaching based on the needs present.

You see a holistic perspective in education and value collaboration with guardians and other important stakeholders.

Together with your colleagues, you will work based on systematic quality work.

You who are applying to us

• Requirements: You have a Swedish teaching license according to the Swedish National Agency for Education with authorization to teach in preschool.
• Good knowledge and experience of using digital tools
• Experience and knowledge of pedagogical documentation - where you follow and document children's learning processes.
• You have the ability to lead other employees
• Communicate well in spoken and written Swedish
• Approved work sample that will be conducted and is required for employment in preschool.

Meritorious: It is meritorious if you have:

• Supervisor training
• Knowledge of children with special needs.
• Experience with Picture Support and TAKK
