We are looking for certified teachers in handicrafts for teaching grades 3-9 who want to be part of our journey to develop Ribbyskolan F-9 in Haninge municipality.
Ribbyskolan is currently an F-9 school with approximately 900 students and about 100 staff. We have a pleasant school with a good environment and a staff that feels great motivation to teach, develop, and support their students. We have good technical standards, work with interactive boards and digital tools, and explore new methods to enhance learning.
We are in an exciting development process as a school where we are building a new learning organization in new premises together.

Your mission
We are looking for a certified teacher who is qualified to teach handicrafts. You always have a respectful attitude towards people's differences and share the values of society and the school. You are attentive and flexible and feel a great responsibility for your students and the organization. You have a good ability to organize and structure, as well as drive and take responsibility for the development of your students, teaching, and the organization.
Qualifications:
You are a certified teacher and qualified to teach both forms of handicrafts and have experience teaching both forms in grades 3-9.
You have a conscious pedagogical approach and a positive view of students based on the belief that all students can and want to succeed. You have experience with students who challenge in various ways and adapt your teaching to ensure all students receive guidance and stimulation. You have the desire and ability to develop the use of digital learning and support tools to clarify pedagogy. In your work, you are clear and structured. You build good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. In our workplace, clarity and low-arousal responses are important. You act independently while also valuing good collaboration.
You are solution-oriented and dare to think outside the box. You will be part of a team where good collaboration is required, and where everyone works unpretentiously for the best of the students. You have a good ability to create good contacts with colleagues, guardians, and external contacts.
