We are looking for a business-driven and strategic Business Area Manager who wants to lead and develop our business areas Energy & Connection. This role involves overall responsibility for two important operational areas:

· Energy – development and growth within energy-related services, focusing on electric vehicle charging, energy optimization, and future energy solutions.

· Connection – management of operations within electrical and fiber installations, including contracting, service, and infrastructure solutions.

As a Business Area Manager, you will work both strategically and operationally to drive profitable growth, develop business opportunities, and ensure efficient work processes. The role includes responsibility for budget, financial monitoring, cost control, and business development. You will lead and develop teams, manage procurements and contract law, and build long-term customer relationships.

This position gives you a key role in the company, where you will have a significant opportunity to influence and shape the business in a rapidly evolving industry.

Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for someone who has:

· Relevant education in electrical engineering, energy technology, business development, economics, or equivalent experience.

· At least five years of experience in leadership positions within the electrical, fiber, installation, or energy industry.

· Experience in business development, market analysis, and strategic planning within the energy or infrastructure sector.

· A good understanding of contract law, procurement, and contract negotiations.

· Documented experience in leading business areas with profit responsibility.

· Knowledge of electrical installations, fiber laying, network technology, and energy transition is advantageous.

· Excellent command of Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

· A valid driver's license (B) is required.
