More are on the way, and our goal is to continue expanding and establishing ourselves across the country as Sweden's best lunch restaurant chain!About the position: As a regional manager with us, you will lead and drive our restaurants to success. You will play a key role in ensuring that our restaurants deliver an outstanding experience to our guests while leading and supporting your restaurant managers and their teams. Since the position is partially located in a security-classified area, you will undergo a security review with a background check.Responsibilities-Monitor and manage the daily operations of the restaurants to ensure superior service and customer satisfaction.

- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure that all team members reach their full potential.

- Be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety within the restaurants.

- Implement business plans and strategies to maximize profitability and growth within the region.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests and clients to ensure a successful operation.

Initially, you will be responsible for our three existing restaurants in Malmö.

About you: You have at least five years of experience as a regional manager or equivalent in the restaurant industry, with documented experience in leading other managers. As a person, you are proactive and unpretentious. You have excellent social skills and can prioritize your time and meet deadlines to achieve business goals. You possess good communication skills both verbally and in writing.
