We have the honor of finding OP Systems' new service market manager.

OP Systems' headquarters is located in new, modern premises right next to the E6 in Landskrona. The company is a market leader in the sale and service of mobile and stationary machines for modern material handling, recycling, and waste management. About the role

In this key role as service market manager, you will have overall responsibility for the Nordic service market. You will have budget and result responsibility as well as personnel responsibility. You will be responsible for OP Systems' 3 workshop managers, two technical support staff, and lead through others in other parts of the organization.

This is a business-driven role, with a strong focus on budget and results. You will work closely with the CEO to manage and develop the business, service agreements, and OP Systems' various workshops and service partners. The role needs to be close to the business, and the right person understands the importance of being available to employees and partners. This role also includes travel to OP Systems' various offices, workshops, and service partners.

Since OP System has offices and service partners in the Nordic countries, you also need to be comfortable and secure in leading and collaborating internationally. A great deal of flexibility and solution focus is required in this role, as unpredictable things can occur at a workshop or with the machines at OP Systems' customers and partners. You will become part of the management team and report directly to the CEO.

In this role, you will:

• Be responsible for the Nordic service market
• Dimension and plan the work at the workshops as needed
• Support the site managers in their daily challenges related to operations and personnel
• Be responsible for, manage, and develop service agreements
• Help drive and develop OP Systems' operations and achieve next year's revenue goals

Qualifications & experience

The following competencies are necessary for you to succeed in the role:

• Previous experience with personnel responsibility
• Working with continuous improvements
• Work experience from a service workshop
• Experience in relation to budget and KPIs
• Familiarity with international work/collaboration
• Stable technical knowledge
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Driving license B
• Good knowledge of Office 365, especially Excel

You do not need to have work experience from this specific industry. However, it is required that you have good knowledge of work in a workshop. Some additional merit points (no one can know everything, but perhaps you have something below):

• University degree in a relevant field or equivalent knowledge
• Experience from the industry or a similar industry

This role requires that you are both available and want to be available for your team. Since your team is spread across various offices in Sweden and the Nordic region, travel is included in the position.
