About the position

The consulting organization you will be responsible for consists of project managers and consultants who implement, manage, and further develop our warehouse management system Enterprise WMS for our clients. The team works on large projects in the multimillion range, as well as short assignments of a more spontaneous nature. Therefore, it is important that you can work in a structured manner in a day-to-day environment that is often event-driven. In the role of consulting manager, you will have personnel responsibility and be accountable for the business's delivery and profitability.

You will lead and motivate your project managers and consultants to grow in their roles. We strive to be the best partner to our clients, and your leadership will be a crucial part of achieving this. Your responsibilities include, among others:

· Accountability for the unit's results

· Ensuring the desired quality in what your unit delivers

· Responsible for forecasting and planning

· Personnel responsibility for project managers and consultants

· Ensuring that the team is properly staffed

· Ensuring even and high occupancy for the team

· Motivating, developing, and supporting your project managers and consultants

· Following up with your project managers and consultants regarding results and goals

Your profile

You have a background as a consulting manager and experience working with projects, preferably related to business systems or other IT-related projects. You have several years of experience in operational and personnel responsibility. In your work approach, you are business-driven. You have a relevant university degree and are fluent in Swedish and English.

Since one of the most important parts of this role is working with people, we place great emphasis on your personal qualities. In your leadership, you are inspiring and see both the team and the individual. You have the ability to create conditions for your team to continuously develop. You are clear in your communication and can convey both your and the company's expectations.

Our employees are mostly on-site at our office, so it is natural for you to work from our office in Hässleholm. Travel is part of the job.
