Dungens Preschool is a small, safe, and inspiring preschool located in Brunflo. We have two departments with a total capacity of 36 children – one for younger children and one for older ones. Here, the best interests of the children are always at the center. Your new job

We are now looking for a qualified preschool teacher to join Dungens Preschool.

You will be part of a team where you collectively plan and are responsible for the education and development of the children. We start from the belief that all children can and want to learn and that they should be in an environment where they have the opportunity to use and develop their skills. You are expected to develop trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Common tasks

• Plan and implement teaching based on the curriculum.
• Develop pedagogical content that inspires development and learning while stimulating and challenging children's interests, curiosity, and attention.
• Provide each child with safe care and promote all children's development and learning.
• Create learning opportunities based on children's needs and interests so that all children can develop according to their abilities and conditions.
• As a preschool teacher, you will work with your colleagues to plan, teach, document, and evaluate the content of the operations.

Your qualifications

• Educated and licensed preschool teacher.
• You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• You have a good understanding of the school's governing documents and can apply these in daily work.
• Previous experience in preschool is an advantage.
• You are computer literate, and it is an advantage if you have worked with digital systems such as Unikum, Teams, and Tempus.

You adapt your communication to the recipient and create conditions for learning and understanding. Finally, you value collaboration and are attentive in your relationships with others. You have the ability to communicate openly, listen actively, and handle disagreements in a constructive and solution-focused manner.
