Önegården is a preschool with 72 children. Our preschool is an inspiring workplace where we focus on the children. All children should feel that preschool is fun, safe, and educational. We work according to the preschool's governing documents and have a language development approach. Collaboration and collegial learning are central for everyone at the preschool; we learn from and with each other to develop education. Our goal is to create a good education with high quality together with guardians and children, providing the best conditions for lifelong learning. Together we can make a difference every day.

Your New Job

We are now looking for you, a qualified preschool teacher, to join Önegården Preschool.

You will be part of a team where you will collaboratively plan and be responsible for the children's education and development. We assume that all children can and want to learn and that they should be in an environment where they have the opportunity to use and develop their skills. You are expected to develop trusting relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues.

At Önegården Preschool, you will be offered exciting assignments, work in newly renovated premises, and opportunities for development.

You create curiosity and a desire to learn during planned activities as well as spontaneous moments. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a creative and inspiring atmosphere where children thrive and develop.

Common Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities based on the curriculum.
• Develop pedagogical content that inspires development and learning while stimulating and challenging children's interests, curiosity, and attention.
• Provide each child with safe care and promote all children's development and learning.
• Create learning opportunities based on children's needs and interests, so that all children can develop according to their abilities and circumstances.
• As a preschool teacher, you will work with your colleagues to plan, teach, document, and evaluate the content of the activities.

Your Qualifications

Requirements

• Educated and licensed preschool teacher.
• You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Meritorious

• You have good knowledge of the school's governing documents and can apply these in daily work.
• Previous experience in preschool is an advantage.
