About the Position

At Olivia Personal Assistance, we are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for our client in Sturefors, just outside Linköping. You will be offered to work as a substitute as needed, with the possibility of a longer-term position. For the right person, there is a chance to work a lot.

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• 07:00-16:30 or 16:30-22:30 on weekdays
• 07:00-13:30 on weekends

We are primarily looking for someone who can work day shifts on weekdays.

Start date will be agreed upon, and we would like you to be able to start training immediately.

About the Client

The client is a 39-year-old man who lives in a villa with his wife and two small children. He has a great interest in sports and other social activities. Our client needs your help as an assistant in his daily life as he has an acquired spinal cord injury.

The client's daily activities include, among other things:

• The assistant accompanies the client at work and assists as needed
• Picking up the children from school
• Transfers, assistance, personal care, and household chores
• Activities and socializing with the family

We are looking for someone who is attentive, proactive, solution-oriented, and engaged, as personal suitability is highly valued. Furthermore, the client prefers female applicants.

REQUIREMENTS:

• No smoking during working hours
• Fluent written and spoken Swedish

Qualifications:

• Driver's license and access to a car to get to and from work
• Experience working as a personal assistant
• Experience with children

Employment Rate: Substitute as needed, with the possibility of a fixed position.

Start Date: Selection is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
