Personal assistant sought for 26-year-old girl in Linköping

We are now looking for a personal assistant for a girl with severe intellectual disabilities and autism. The girl rides every week and goes to the swimming pool. She enjoys music and loves to go for walks. Three days a week, she attends a daily activity center where she does not have an assistant. The girl lives in her own apartment in Linköping. On the same floor, there are other girls with personal assistance.

Who are you? We are looking for a calm and stable woman who can take responsibility and make independent decisions. A requirement is that you have previous experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism. In our workplace, it is important that you work pedagogically and have a low-arousal approach. Furthermore, it is beneficial if you have a sense of humor and a childlike spirit, as this girl loves to have fun.

For the summer, we are looking for temporary substitutes during weeks 29-31. During this period, you will work approximately 5-7 shifts, and you may also need to cover for regular staff during sick leave. You will work day shifts from 9:00 AM to 9:00 AM. (On-call time includes all nights for 5 hours)
