What do we do? At Nytida, you will meet people with various needs for support and care. It involves supporting children, young people, and adults with disabilities, social, or psychosocial issues. Together we cook, clean, engage in various activities, train, talk, and much more. We are looking for someone who wants to get to know, understand, and be a part of another person's life.

About Nytida support housing: Our office is located in Norrköping, but we usually work from home. Therefore, you need to have a B driver's license and access to your own car. The days vary based on the individuals you will be working with. You will plan your workday together with your youth based on their implementation plan and schedules. This means you may also need to work evenings on some days of the week based on needs.

We are a team of six employees who have all worked for a long time in the unit. The team is secure and will guide you and provide an introduction a week before you can work independently.

We prefer that you are educated as a social worker, treatment pedagogue, or equivalent and have worked for a few years in the field. Good computer skills and experience in documentation are also meritorious. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and the opportunity to grow. We place the greatest emphasis on personal suitability.

We see that you who apply are at least 25 years old, and access to your own car and a B driver's license is a REQUIREMENT. Mileage compensation is, of course, provided.
