Who are we?

Albrektsvägen 112C is a group home within LSS social psychiatry with five places for users with mental and neuropsychiatric disabilities.

We work from a user-oriented approach where we strive to ensure that users have a good quality of life and a meaningful everyday life.

We are an engaged workgroup of 8 people, including one support pedagogue, and we are driven by providing users with support and service based on their individual needs to enable independence, self-determination, and participation.

Our location offers proximity to the city center, shops, and public transport.

Your tasks

As a support assistant with us, you will have the opportunity to provide safe and quality support to users in their daily lives.

You will assist with care, motivational work, household chores, and social activities, while also referring to implementation plans, action plans, and risk analyses to tailor support according to each individual's needs and circumstances.

In your role, you will collaborate closely with colleagues, relatives, guardians, HS teams, and other authorities to ensure that users receive the care and support they need.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is a trained nurse, support assistant, treatment assistant, or has other education that the employer deems relevant.

You have experience working within LSS, and we view experience in psychiatry and knowledge of A Self-Sufficient Life (ESL) positively.

In our operations, situations may arise where users become outwardly aggressive, so we prefer that you have experience working with low-arousal responses.

As a person, you are calm, secure, and have an easy time collaborating and building good relationships. You see what needs to be done in the work and take initiative to provide the best possible care.

You are attentive and understand how different people absorb knowledge and information based on their individual circumstances.

Since we work with people, every day is unique, and therefore we believe you have the ability to adapt to changing conditions.
