About the Position

At Olivia Personal Assistance, we are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for approximately 50% in central Norrköping. The working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and awake nights.

The start date is according to agreement, and we would like to see you start training relatively soon.

About the Client

The client is a 12-year-old boy who lives with his mother and siblings. He has a brain injury, epilepsy, and some damage to his nervous system. He uses aids such as a wheelchair, lift, and suction device during the service.

The tasks are as follows:

• Assist with daily routines and training
• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals (tube feeding)
• Accompany the client to school on weekdays

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and can analyze the needs of others. You should also be attentive, proactive, solution-focused, and engaged, as personal suitability is highly valued.

REQUIREMENTS

• Not allergic to pets, as there is a cat in the home
• Non-smoker, as the client is sensitive to smoke
• Experience as a personal assistant or other caregiving experience

Merits

• Experience with epilepsy
• Care education or equivalent
• Good knowledge of the English language

Employment Rate: Approx. 50%.

Start Date: Selection is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
