We are now looking for someone who wants to work at our residence Äppelgården in Kimstad.

Our target group is girls aged 14-18 with neuropsychiatric disabilities and/or social behavioral issues.

Our youth need extensive adult support in their daily lives. We help the youth grow through secure relationships, school support, a foundational understanding based on NPF, clarity, predictability, and adapted activities. We also work to some extent with animals, for example, horse-assisted interventions.

We are looking for staff for the position Awake Night.

The position is 70% Awake Night.

We prefer that you have experience with the target group and knowledge in the form of relevant education.

You who are applying are a secure adult for our youth. You create safe relationships and find it easy to support youth with extensive needs. You are comfortable working independently as a night position mostly involves solitary work. You have good communication skills, are clear, and can adapt your work as needed based on changing conditions.

You need to have post-secondary qualifications such as treatment educator, social educator, behavioral scientist, social worker, support educator.

A driver's license and driving experience are required.

Our residence Äppelgården is located in Kimstad just outside Norrköping.
