We are looking for responsible substitutes who want to make a real difference in the daily life of a wonderful 24-year-old girl living in a cozy home near her family just outside Uppsala, close to Ramstalund.

The girl lives with CP injury, autism, and epilepsy and needs support to create a meaningful and structured everyday life. By helping her with practical tasks, following routines, and supporting her in social situations, you will become an important part of her security and development. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference while growing and learning something new every day. Your tasks include personal care, household chores, support in her leisure interests, and accompanying her to various activities.

To feel secure and confident in your work, it is important to work regularly and build a stable and trusting relationship with the girl, where your continuous availability reflects your commitment.

• Engaged and experienced: You have knowledge and experience working with individuals with autism.
• Attentive and flexible: You are good at reading situations and finding solutions based on the individual's needs.
• Desirable skills: Experience with low-arousal approaches, visual support, and sign language is a big plus.
• Animal lover: You enjoy being in a home where both dogs and cats are part of the family.
• Independent and proactive: You can work independently and take initiative when needed.
• Good communication: You have a good command of Swedish in both spoken and written form.

The position starts as a part-time job as needed, where you cover for regular staff during illness, leave, and unstaffed shifts. If everything goes well, there are good opportunities for fixed shifts in the future. Working hours vary and may include days, evenings, nights with on-call duty, and weekends. You have the opportunity to request working hours, which means your flexibility is important for being able to work at different times.
