Within the health and social care administration, we work according to a salutogenic approach to utilize and strengthen the resources that individuals have. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

LSS is a rights-based law that guarantees individuals with extensive and permanent disabilities good living conditions, ensuring they receive the help they need in daily life and can influence the support and services they receive. The goal is for each individual to have the opportunity to live like others.

We are now looking for hourly substitutes for personal assistance for various clients in their homes. You will work as needed during the day or evening at the client's home.

This means different tasks depending on which client you are substituting for. Examples of tasks include: care, assistance with dressing, cleaning, support with cooking, shopping, or accompanying to leisure activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

It is desirable that you have some form of education in health and social care. Experience working with people, computer skills, and documentation experience are preferred.

You are calm, stable, and controlled in pressured or challenging situations. You maintain a balanced perspective on situations and focus on the right things.

You see the whole picture and consider the larger perspective. You understand your role but prioritize the best interests of the entire organization in your actions and decisions.
