About the Position

At Anneli & Ritwa Lidingö Home Care, we are looking for a Nursing Assistant with administrative responsibilities who wants to help shape a safe and efficient care environment for our clients. In this role, you will combine practical care work with administrative tasks to ensure a high level of service and well-being. You will be a key person in our team and contribute to achieving the highest possible standards in our services.

Responsibilities

• Perform care and support services for our clients according to established routines and individual care plans.
• Be responsible for documentation and reporting of care services as well as handling administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective and cohesive care.
• Act as a contact person for clients and relatives, promoting good relationships.

Qualifications and Skills

• Documentation Skills: You have experience and skill in documenting care services in a careful and structured manner.
• Communicative: You have excellent communication skills and can interact with clients, colleagues, and relatives in a respectful manner.
• Independent: You can work independently and make decisions that contribute to good care quality.
• Attention to Detail: You have an eye for detail and perform your tasks with precision.
• Confidential Handling: You handle sensitive information in a confidential and professional manner.
• Efficiency: You work quickly and efficiently without compromising the quality of your work.
