Nytorp Elderly Home is hiring a Nurse

Nytorp Elderly Home is centrally located in Sollentuna, close to buses, commuter trains, and Sollentuna Center. The residence consists of 40 apartments divided into two units; a dementia unit and a psychogeriatric unit.

Your role as a Nurse

As a nurse at Nytorp Elderly Home, you have medical responsibility at the nurse level and work in a team alongside other licensed personnel and care staff.

In this role, you always start from the premise that every resident should receive good and safe care, where individual resources are strengthened and utilized. You are responsible for planning and executing health and medical care tasks, managing contact with doctors, and guiding and supporting care staff.

Your profile

We are looking for a licensed nurse with previous experience in elderly care and/or further education in geriatrics. You are responsible, flexible, and have an easy time collaborating with others.

It is important that you express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Since all our documentation is done digitally, we also prefer that you have good computer skills. We use Safe-Doc in our daily work and Senior Alert and BPSD as tools in our preventive work.
