BUP Stockholm is now looking for additional nurses for our unit BUP En väg in, which is a service that receives all new cases for BUP Stockholm.

We work on triaging all new incoming cases in the form of referrals and self-referrals to BUP Stockholm. As a nurse with us, your main task will be to conduct an initial visit via video call. The current location is on Sachsgatan, but we will be moving to Näsbydalsvägen in Täby in mid-August.

BUP En väg in offers residents under 18 years within Region Stockholm, who are seeking child psychiatric care, an accessible and qualified assessment. En väg in is staffed by experienced healthcare professionals who, through various pathways such as digital or phone, ensure that the patient and their relatives receive the right care at the right place and at the right time. The unit receives all incoming referrals to BUP Stockholm and assesses whether the patient needs the specialized child psychiatric interventions.

Job Description

As a nurse, your main task will be assessment conversations via video. It may also involve handling referrals, providing telephone advice, and triaging incoming calls. You will participate in referral assessments and distribution together with specialists in child and adolescent psychiatry. Collaboration with healthcare neighbors and partners within and outside the organization is also included.

Qualifications

You must be a licensed specialist nurse. Experience as a nurse within child and adolescent psychiatry is meritorious, but experience in other psychiatric settings is also advantageous.
