With us, nursing assistants and nurses work together, and the healthcare area is also led by nurses. We provide care in several different areas such as internal medicine, surgery, orthopedics, geriatrics, and palliative care. We are a total of 360 people distributed across nine wards and ASIH, currently having 173 care places.

Ward 18 is an acute surgical care ward with both an acute and an elective patient flow. Your responsibilities as a nurse include nursing responsibility for patients with surgical diagnoses. Daily tasks include medication administration, rounds, documentation, and supervision of students. Interest in technical aspects, such as nutrition via pump and nursing and monitoring of patients with EDA, is essential.

If you are newly graduated, we offer you a safe start to your career through introduction and guidance on the ward. As a newly graduated nurse, you will also participate in the hospital's New Graduate Program, which combines skills training, lectures, and group discussions. For those with previous experience or as a specialist nurse, there are great opportunities to utilize your skills in several different nursing areas with us.

To achieve high quality in our work, we have daily follow-ups and invest heavily in education. Reflection is a natural part of our work and strengthens our team spirit.

We are looking for someone who is positive and flexible in their approach and has the ability to see opportunities. You enjoy working independently but have a strong sense of teamwork. You are responsible, creative, and have a genuine interest in developing nursing on the ward, and you like changes in pace during your work shift.

- Licensed nurse with the right to practice within Swedish healthcare.

Meritorious:
- Previous experience from an acute surgical ward

Employment form:

Permanent employment, full-time. 3-shift.
