About us:

Solna Sundbyberg rehab is part of Rehab Nordväst, which offers primary care rehabilitation in the municipalities of Solna, Sundbyberg, Märsta–Sigtuna, Järfälla, and Upplands Bro.

We are four units and together we are about 130 employees consisting of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, dietitians, speech therapists, social workers, chiropractors, nursing assistants, and receptionists.

Solna Sundbyberg Rehab is located in pleasant premises close to commuter trains, subway, and buses. Our main mission is home rehabilitation in connection with inpatient care, as well as facilitating staying at home and other tasks in primary care, including outpatient work with pool rehabilitation in our own pool. Job Description:

You will work in home rehabilitation and at our outpatient clinic. In home rehab, patient visits are conducted both in teams with occupational therapists and individually. Patient visits are usually conducted in the patient's home. At the outpatient clinic, you will receive patients individually and in groups.

The work requires broad competence, independence, and good collaboration skills. Daily work includes collaboration with other professional categories in the unit and with neighboring care providers. Supervision of students is included in the assignment. Documentation is done in TakeCare.

Requirements:

• You are a licensed physiotherapist with permission to work within Swedish healthcare
• Experience working in Swedish healthcare, preferably in home rehabilitation and primary care rehabilitation, is an advantage
• Good computer skills and experience with the TakeCare journal system is an advantage
• A valid driver's license (B) is required.

Employment Type:

Permanent employment. Full-time 100% 40 hours/week. A probationary period may apply. Working hours Monday to Friday. Start date by agreement.
