Internal Medicine at Södersjukhuset is Sweden's largest internal medicine clinic with approximately 500 employees, six wards, a medical outpatient clinic, an endoscopy center, and a day care unit.

The operation is divided into the sections Acute Internal Medicine, Neurology, Hematology and Endocrinology, as well as Lung, Allergy, and Gastro. About the Position

We are looking for a licensed nurse who is either new to the profession or has several years of experience. As a nurse in internal medicine, you will encounter a wide range of diseases and conditions. Here, you can deepen your knowledge in areas such as neurology/stroke, gastroenterology, hematology, lung medicine/allergy, diabetes, endocrinology, and more. We actively work to maintain an educational and developmental climate, and after a period of employment, there is an opportunity for rotation.

In your role, you will be responsible for identifying care needs and leading, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions. You will also work with medical technical tasks such as telemetry monitoring and various types of infusion pumps. We work together in interdisciplinary teams with nurses, nursing assistants, doctors, dietitians, and physiotherapists.
