We are looking for an experienced Lead Planner for a consulting assignment with our client in the defense industry. The role involves driving and developing planning processes within project and program planning as well as production planning.

Responsibilities

Main tasks include:

Be responsible for program and lead planning throughout the entire process.
Work with resource and capacity planning.
Collaborate with production planners to ensure efficient material flows.
Participate in method development related to planning.
Cooperate with contract managers, program managers, and product management to optimize the organization's planning.
The role involves many points of contact, requiring a social and goal-oriented person with strong communication skills.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

Several years of experience in project/program planning and production planning.
Knowledge of material flows and resource planning.

We seek someone who is structured, solution-oriented, and a good communicator with strong collaboration skills.
