About the role

As a Maintenance Coordinator at Saab Dynamics, you will play a central role in ensuring that their weapon systems are operational and maintainable. You will work on specifying and developing maintenance equipment and instructions for our systems. Through careful analysis and optimization, you will ensure that maintenance needs meet both our internal requirements and customer expectations, while also contributing to minimizing downtime and increasing system availability. The role also includes evaluating maintenance methods, improving instructions and tools, and handling investigations based on customer feedback.

We are looking for someone with a technical education in industrial economics or mechanical engineering, including courses in economics. You should have experience in maintenance analysis and system integration. You are analytical, structured, and thrive in a collaborative environment where you can take responsibility and drive projects forward.

We are looking for someone with:

• A degree in industrial economics or mechanical engineering, including courses in economics
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

For this position, you are required to undergo and be approved according to applicable security protection regulations, which may impose requirements on certain citizenship.

Preferred qualifications:

• A strong interest in aviation
• Knowledge in strength of materials
