Your Role

We are looking for employees in the area of Component Maintenance and Test Equipment within the Spare Part Supply department, Business Unit Aviation Services. The department is currently responsible for customer support for IP packages and spare parts sales and consists of 18 employees in Tannefors.

As a Customer Support Representative, you will have overall responsibility for managing our customers' orders for spare parts, repairs, and maintenance, from inquiry to order, delivery, and invoicing. You will be the customer's primary point of contact for daily operations, delivery monitoring, status reporting, and commercial management related to spare parts sales for existing and upcoming military and civilian customers. We are in a phase where we have several new customers, contracts, and projects underway, which places new demands on operations and working methods to ensure effective implementation.

Your main tasks will include:

• CS representative in ongoing projects
• Analysis and development of flows and working methods
• Order registration, delivery monitoring, and reporting
• Preparing cost proposals and quotes
• Handling transportation
• Collaboration and coordination with our production
• Goal management and efficiency work

The position will be based in Linköping, but business trips within Sweden and internationally may be required.

Desired Qualifications

• You have a relevant education and/or work experience related to the field
• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
• Good knowledge of Excel and Business Systems

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
