Your Role

We are a tight-knit team of colleagues at Bengt Dahlgren in Östergötland, and we are now looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, driven by consulting business, and eager to contribute to our development!

We continue to make strides forward and see an increased demand in the market for our services in the construction and real estate sector. The assignments can come from various clients in different types of projects, both in size and character, and at different stages. We carry out detailed planning, investigations, framework documents, inspections, etc.

As an HVAC Consultant with us, you will work on your own projects with responsibility for the project's progress and results, but you can also collaborate on projects with colleagues nationally. Everyone in the team contributes to the company's project portfolio through the sale of services to existing and new clients. You will work closely with your clients, leading to good relationships and new business.

About You

We are looking for someone who feels confident in the consultant role and has the ability to establish yourself and others by driving the business and creating good relationships with clients.

You are a HVAC Engineer by training and have worked for a few years in the industry as a designer. You have experience as a project manager or as a case handler. Specialist competence such as control and monitoring, inspections, BIM, more complex assignments, and installation coordination is a merit.

The most important thing for us is that you are a team player who is driven to contribute to developing our business based on the client's needs and with a focus on sustainability. Your passion for developing relationships over time and your ability to plan, execute, and follow up on projects is a given for us.

The position requires a B driver's license and a willingness to visit our clients in the region. You have good administrative skills, good system familiarity, and command of Swedish in both speech and writing. The position is primarily based in Linköping, but a hybrid role is possible.

Bengt Dahlgren in Östergötland AB has 3 offices: Linköping, Norrköping, and Visby. We operate in Östergötland, southern Södermanland, down to Valdemarsvik and Västervik. We are a total of 26 colleagues and want to grow!
