About the position

We are now looking for a material planner who has an interest in logistics and planning, but who is not afraid to move around in a workshop environment. As a material planner, you will be responsible for operational production planning of production resources for new manufacturing and service.

You will be part of a team in a department of 6-8 people who also work with material planning of production resources. The work is scheduled during the day and is located in Finspång.

This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by Poolia, with a desired start in early April and lasting for 12 months with the possibility of extension.

Your main responsibilities

• Be responsible for planning production based on a balance between different situations.
• Ensure to meet deadlines to accommodate our customers' requests within set time frames.
• Maintain good communication with various parties, e.g., inventory, purchasing, and stakeholders.
• Manage needs at the planning and production order level, as well as follow up on ongoing orders.
• Conduct scenario analyses.

Who are you?

• You have several years of work experience in the manufacturing industry. Education and/or experience in logistics is an advantage.
• You are a driven person who can work independently.
• You are a responsible person who takes ownership of your tasks.
• Communicative and easy to connect with others.
• Shows a strong interest and wants to influence the business.
• You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with SAP or other equivalent production planning systems is an advantage.
