About the group home

Group home for adults covered by LSS category 1, with individually tailored support based on clarifying pedagogy and low-arousal approach. The residence is located in a quiet residential area close to both nature and Nässjö center.

About the position

We are now looking for a new residential support worker for our operations. As a residential support worker, you will work with people who need support with their daily living. You will work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues.

In this role, you will:

• Provide individual support, care, and service interventions
• Plan and carry out activities with the client
• Perform delegated health and medical tasks

Employment conditions

We are currently looking for one to two employees for a permanent position, with a six-month probationary period. The positions are 80-100%.

Working hours are varied, including days, evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.

We apply individual salary setting and other compensations are according to collective agreements. Start date for the position will be agreed upon.

Who are you?

As a person, you are service-oriented, solution-focused, attentive, and accommodating. The position of residential support worker also requires patience, flexibility, and responsiveness. To apply for the position, you must have:

• Education as a nursing assistant, special educator, or behavioral scientist
• Experience from similar operations
• Knowledge of low-arousal approach and clarifying pedagogy
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing, as documentation is a significant part of the work
• Driver's license B
