Responsibilities

We carry out several different assignments - personal assistance, guidance, and respite care. All our various assignments differ depending on whom you work with - what needs to be met and how they should be performed. Those we work with have decisions according to LSS.

Common to the assignments is that the person you work with should be able to live an independent life according to their wishes with your help. In the work, you need to be able to take a lot of responsibility and initiative. The work is scheduled, which means you may work days, evenings, nights, and weekends. The workplace is at the client's home. We provide services and assignments throughout Gislaved Municipality.

Qualifications

Are you flexible, solution-oriented, and reliable?

We are looking for someone who is trained as a personal assistant, support educator, nursing assistant, or has other education or experience that the employer deems equivalent. You are flexible and can easily take on different assignments at short notice. You are solution-oriented and ready to do what you can to ensure that your clients receive the support that has been decided. You are reliable and have a good attitude towards those we work with, their relatives, and your colleagues. You treat everyone with kindness, maintain a high level of service, and have a consistent customer and service focus. You take responsibility for being involved in operational issues and the assignments you are assigned.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability and that your view of teamwork aligns with ours. The client's participation is considered when filling the position.

Experience is desirable.
A driver's license is required (manual license)
