Personal Assistant Wanted

Are you an experienced and dedicated personal assistant looking to make a difference in someone else's life? We are seeking a motivating assistant for an active and cheerful man in his 40s living in Stockaryd.

What the Job Entails

As his assistant, your responsibilities will include personal care, assisting with training, medication management, and household maintenance. Before the weekend, you will work together to plan activities and which friends to meet. He enjoys watching his iPad, reading the newspaper with his assistant, meeting friends, going to local dances, and also appreciates other fun activities like going to the circus.

What is Required

You are a person who is encouraging and motivating, and you have the ability to be driven by set goals. Desired qualities include being positive, attentive, flexible, and motivated to work with others. You are responsible and have an initiative that makes the client feel secure and engaged. You have a background as a nursing assistant, personal assistant, or other healthcare-related professions. Lifting is part of the job, but assistive devices are available at home. To be considered for the position, you must have a driver's license, be smoke-free, and have proficiency in the Swedish language both spoken and written. You also need to be able to swim as swimming is part of the activities.

• Opportunity for summer employment
• Working hours include: day, evening, weekend, and night (waiting time), 24-hour shifts
• You will receive an introduction and have the opportunity to shadow an experienced assistant.
