Personal assistance is an intervention according to LSS (The Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and privacy, and contribute to a smooth daily life.

About the position

The role of personal assistant requires a high ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiatives and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for someone who meets the following:

• wants to work with a man in his 50s living in Vaggeryd
• has good knowledge of Swedish
• has a B driver's license
• is non-smoking

It is also an advantage if you:

• have experience in similar work
• enjoy the variation of both a calm and active job
• share the client's interests, which include sports and community activities

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The position is a summer temporary position and is approximately 70%. The job involves working on a day-night schedule about 2 days a week between weeks 25-34, but the introduction can start as soon as possible.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensations are in accordance with collective agreements.
