About the group home

A group home for adults covered by LSS category 1, with individually tailored support based on clear pedagogical methods and low-arousal approaches. The residence is located in a quiet residential area close to both nature and Nässjö center.

About the position

We are now looking for a new residential support worker for our operations. As a residential support worker, you will work with people who need support with their daily living. You will work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues.

In this role, you will:

• Provide individual support, care, and service interventions
• Plan and carry out activities with the client
• Perform delegated health and medical tasks

Employment conditions

We are looking for one to two employees for a permanent position, with a six-month probationary period. The positions are 80-90%.

Working hours: Night shifts

We apply individual salary setting and other compensation according to collective agreements. Start date for the position is by agreement.

As a person, you are service-oriented, solution-focused, attentive, and accommodating. The position of residential support worker also requires patience, flexibility, and responsiveness. • Education as a nursing assistant, special educator, or behavioral scientist
• Experience from similar operations
• Knowledge of low-arousal approaches and clear pedagogical methods
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing as documentation is a significant part of the work
• Driver's license (B)
