Job Responsibilities

As a project manager at Automation Region, you will have the opportunity to work in a stimulating and dynamic environment where you contribute to innovation and collaboration in a rapidly changing world. Connecting actors within the innovation ecosystem to strengthen collaborations and create new opportunities.
Identifying lock-in effects within research and industry to develop new structures that create impact.
Participating in and contributing to strategic initiatives that support innovation-driven research and development.
Collaborating with external parties such as companies, research institutes, and public actors to create long-term innovation processes.
Actively contributing to the transformation of research results into concrete applications and societal benefits.

Qualifications

To be eligible for the position, you need to have:

A master's degree in areas such as electronics, AI, or robotics
At least six years of experience in collaborative studies within the industry
Work experience from industrial companies
Experience in entrepreneurship, especially related to research results.
Knowledge of and experience working within innovation support systems.
Experience from working at a government agency or higher education sector.
Knowledge of innovation support systems and funding opportunities within academia.
Very good proficiency in Swedish and English.

Meritorious

For this position, it is meritorious if you have experience in startup entrepreneurship based on research results. It is also a merit if you speak German.
