In this service-oriented role as an administrator, you will be responsible for the management assignments we carry out within the group and also have a lot of customer contacts. Together with your colleagues, you will also be responsible for ensuring that deliveries are made within set service levels and that we keep our customer promises.

Your tasks may include:

• Contract management, such as terminations and drafting lease agreements
• Administration of transfers and mortgage registrations
• Phone support and handling of cases

You will be part of a team of about 16 people, where you are expected to work both independently and together with your team. In the team, engagement, initiative, and collaboration are highly valued.

You contribute with your competence and commitment

To thrive in this position, we see that you have an easy time communicating and collaborating with both customers and colleagues. You should have a good ability to take responsibility and initiative, work proactively, see the big picture, and provide good and clear service to customers and colleagues with great commitment.

You work efficiently with high quality and customer focus according to established working methods.

It is advantageous if you have previous experience in administrative positions, preferably within property management.
